Turner, Susan
Susan Turner is a language/through-the-lens artist making videos and photo-based work which is informed by her interest in the authority of language and in the relationship of language to psychological and emotional states. She exhibits widely in both solo and group curated shows in Canada and abroad. Her work has been funded by the Canada Council and the Maintoba Arts Council. She is a published poet.

Deborah Van Slet is a videomaker and radio host/producer in Montreal. She started making videos in 1991 and has since gained respect and acclaim from her peers.Sarah Williams is a dancer and choreographer known for her energetic and intense style. She has worked with some of the most internationally celebrated dance companies in the world and has recently turned her attention to choreographing and directing dance videos. Lisa Graves is a video and multimedia artist completing her Master of Arts Degree in Montreal. She has worked on numerous dance video productions in Winnipeg and Montreal.

Matt Wacker is a waiter at a dimly lit German restaurant in Minnesota called The Black Forest Inn. He works in video, sound and graphic design. He received a BFA in Media Arts from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

Laura Waddington was born in London in 1970. After studying literature at Cambridge University, she moved to New York, where she began making short films and videos and became interested in alternative modes of production. She has worked with spy cameras, hidden inside her clothing and shot a film with people in 15 countries via the internet. Her interest in image and sound sampling, led her to collaborate with English composer Simon Fisher Turner(Derek Jarmen's Blue, The Garden, Carvaggio.) Since leaving New York in 1998, she has lived in Lisbon, Paris and Barcelona and is currently developing a project that she hopes to film in Asia. Her work has been shown internationally, including at the Rotterdam International film festival, The New York video festival, Film Society of Lincoln Center,The Montreal International Festival of New Film and Video, The Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival and Transmediale, Berlin.
